Giftland USA Merchandise  Policy exists to protect you.  It protects you in two ways:
1. It ensures the integrity of your product.
2. It guards against abuses that would increase merchandise prices.

Product Merchandise And Gift-Premium-Incentive Merchandise
Defective Merchandise

  1. Time Limit: Return Authorization must be submitted to Giftland USA within 30 days of
    shipping date of order from Giftland USA.  Requests made later than 30 days will not be honored.  Return of merchandise must be effected within 3 days after you receive notification
    that term is authorized.
  2. Return Shipment: Authorized return must be shipped prepaid and bear the RMA number assigned.  Unless authorized, prepaid, and bearing the RMA number assigned, return will be delayed in processing.  Note: for your own protection, insure return shipment.
  3. Handling:  Accepted authorization return will be replaced or credited to you for future orders as you request.
  4. Replacement Shipment:  Giftland USA pays cost of shipping exact replacement to you. Shipment will be insured.
  5. Authorization Defined: Return Authorization Code does not guarantee that return will be accepted. Return will be accepted if it is within the policy herein stated and the item is confirmed defective.

    Note: Manufactures Warranties: Many items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for periods up to 1 year.  All such products specify warranty with the product.  If such item becomes defective while in use, the item should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement as specified in the Manfacturer's Warranty.

     IMPORTANT: DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS NOT DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
     DO NOT REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
     ALL SHIPMENTS FROM GIFTLAND USA ARE FULLY INSURED. PLACE A CLAIM
     IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CARRIER IF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS DISCOVER. 
     DELAY IN FILING YOUR CLAIM WITH CARRIER COULD VOID YOUR INSURANCE. 
     IF SHIPPING CARTON SHOWS NO DAMAGE, PLACE A HIDDEN DAMAGE CLAIM. 
     RETURN OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO GIFTLAND USA WILL VOID YOUR
     INSURANCE AND TERMINATE YOUR ABILITY TO RECLAIM VALUE.

Non-Defective Merchandise is Not Returnable.
